Hi,

How can the word rake be translated in italian in the context of poker?
Well, in poker, rake is the amount paid to the table for hosting a poker game.

So one would say 'he has paid $2 in rake'
If I got it properly, it should be the piatto.

Which, by the way, in poker in italian has two meanings:
- the fee you pay to play at the beginning of a hand
- the total amount on the table at the end of a hand, that the winner is about to... well, win! 👁 Big Grin :D

EDIT: sorry for crossing, Blackman! 👁 Smile :)
