Can I say using ' resemble' as follows?
He resembles his father in looks( or in appearance)
He resembles his mother in personalty( or with personality)
He resembles his grandfather in his outgoing and friendly personality.
He resembles his grandmother in eyes.
In and with are not really interchangeable here....
Sentence 1 is fine, and for sentence two you must say
in personality, not with.
In sentence three I would add his as I have done above, because it is needed...
But sentence four has to be restated - "His eyes resemble those of his grandmother".
