I've been reading a book called Rib King by Laddie Hubbard. This title is used for a meat sauce that is an edible product. Also, the same name is used for the creator of this meat sauce in the book. I don't know what the word "rib" means. would you please help me with that? doesn't make any sense.

The reference is to pork “spare ribs” (pigs’ ribs) – a popular meat dish, typically cooked in a sticky sauce of some kind. If you simply google the word ribs and click on “images”, you should see exactly what it means.

I know what rib means, I put it in the wrong way, the question is; what does "rib" have to do with the word king? Can rib have another meaning?
Why are you looking for another meaning if you know he’s been given the joky title “the Rib King” because of his success related specifically to that food dish?

Maybe it has some other nuance in the book, but we can’t know that without reading it.

wasn't sure
The description of the book says it's about black stereotypes. Barbecued ribs (which can also be beef) are one of the stereotypical foods enjoyed by African Americans (cf McDonald's McRib sandwich). The sauce is probably named for its inventor (either a person or a restaurant) called "Rib King" claiming to be the Rib King (King of Ribs).
