Hello everyone,
Does "sing out" make sense in the following sentence? Can I use it to mean "express" here?
"This moving 7-minute Christian song sings out God's love and concern for mankind."
to sing out -> to proclaim (usually loudly and joyfully) mainly, but not always, in song.
