Hello everyone.

What is the exact meaning of "ridicolous" in this sentence?

• Explore a sprawling city and send your characters on super-RIDICOLOUS side quests

It is a description of an Android videogame on the Google Play Store.

For more context:

• Create a living, breathing neigborhood that fits enjoyably in your pocket
• Keep your town safe from bandits, pillagers, and other invasions
• And this game is free! Freakin’ free!
It is not a typo, the writer meant to write it this way. What i'm actually wondering is if "ridicolous" in this text means "funny" or absurd, laughable, and so on.
If it's not a typo, then I can only guess that it's meant to look and sound like 'ridiculous', and probably have the same or similar meaning.

Maybe the unusual spelling relates to some aspect of the game?

Just a guess.
I've just seen this same sentence quoted in your other thread about 'breathing': Explore a sprawling city and send your characters on super- side quests.

It seems to be spelt in the usual way here. 👁 Confused

And I notice 'neigborhood' is spelt wrongly too.

Can you give us a link to this Google Play Store page.

There are several clues to indicate this is not written in fluent, idiomatic English.
It certainly looks like how an Italian would misspell ridiculous, since the word is ridicolo in that language.
