I was wondering how you would translate it in the following context
"..., soit une autorisation délivrée dans les conditions prévues par le Code Minier et ses textes d'application."

i've translated it as follows:

"...,or a permit delivered within the conditions of the mining code and it’s enforcing texts."

any ideas would be appreciated

Which mining code were you translating? I'm working on one now and I guess you could call me curious, especially since I had the same question.
