"God bless everybody and God bless Tiny Tim."

This is what Woody says in Jade scorpion.

What would you say the meaning of this sentence is?

Thank you.
I think it is most likely a reference to A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. In this story a sickly young child called Tiny Tim says (at least once) "God bless us, every one.".

Only once, I believe. And isn't it the last sentence of the story/play? That's why it stands out so vividly.
Thank you,

so is it a sarcastic meaning?

a happy meaning?

Like a goodbye?

Happy ending?

I would combine two of these: a happy goodbye.
Thank you!

...and God bless Tiny Tim ;o)
