Hi, everyone:

Could you please tell me how to call a baby that has not yet learned walking. But he/she can stands.

I know a baby that has just learnt walking is called a toddler.
How could I describe a baby that has not yet learnt walking, but can stand up?

To my knowledge, we don't have a specific single word for what you are describing here.

We have the word infant, but that is a broader category. I think in this case you will need several words to describe what you wish to express.
