I think the original sentence is fine, and has a different meaning than this one. It may be the case that 'unapologetically' doesn't exist in the dictionary, but I do use it. It means 'unabashedly' or 'without any shame or reservations'. In that way, to be 'unapologetically into her' (to show her love without shame or reservations) is different than to be 'unapologetic to her'.
