Hi,

Is the word “ personal” redundant or an emphasis in the following sentence;

“From his personal vantage point, the company will fall into bankruptcy with its current direction .”
Hello. Some speakers might use personal emphatically in that sentence, but I don't think that it adds anything important. His is enough to tell people that you are talking about his vantage point and not somebody else's: From his vantage point,* ...

Not that it matters, but I would rather see point of view in that sentence: From his point of view, ...
I think the sentence "He thinks the company will fall into bankruptcy with its current management system." would sound correct.
