Could someone please help translate this word “vasouiller”?

Context:
D’une part, elle ne supportait plus cette espèce d’état semi-comateux dans lequel elle vasouillait, d’autre part, elle ne voulait pas prendre le risque de la moindre accoutumance. (Ensemble, c’est tout par Anna Gavalda, Edition J’au lu, page 139)

Must have been coined some time ago, but we/I never use it
