Alguien me puede decir cómo se diría "vesting" en español.
El texto dice:
The concept of “title” can be loosely translated to mean “the ownership” of real property. The manner or percentage of interest in which people can hold this ownership to real property is called “vesting.”
I don't agree with the substance of the English text, but that goes beyond the scope of translating.

This is tough one to translate since there may not be an equivalent in Spanish. One thought: translate it as "manner of ownership," which should be easier to translate.
Vesting is defined in real estate terms as "conveying property rights". ¿Se podría traducir como conferir los derechos de propiedad o hay alguna alternativa mejor?
En la línea apuntada por Paso, sugiero "transferencia del título de propiedad".
