wording or composition

Hi everybody!
can you tell me the difference between "wording" and "composition". I mean when I'm given a topic in an exam and I say...
"In this composition, I will talk about...." or "In this wording I will talk about..."

A composition is a short essay or piece of writing.

Wording is your choice of words/phrases to express yourself in a composition or in conversation, etc.
