Hi guys. Just a quick question relating to email correspondence to a team member. The premise is that emails are assigned from the team inbox to an individual member based on their current projects born out of the customer inquiries. Although the inquiry is addressed to someone else I think it is intended for the member X.

"Hi X, I wasn't quite sure if this may belong in your workflow as you are not listed as the recipient."

could words workflow be used in this sense and can I use named instead of listed.

Many thanks.
I would be confused about the terminology/jargon. I would say "Is this yours?"

Thanks Paulq. Could you also let me know if the phrase 'listed or named as recipient" is idiomatic?
'listed or named as recipient" seems to be a tautology, as both verb imply much the same thing. I agree with london calling that it is also quite (and probably unnecessarily) formal.
