Another book sale find, with some pages ripped out and only two entries. No idea what to do with this thing.. [Also, I'm having trouble deciphering the entries.]

I found this while on a long walk up East Burnside in Portland, Oregon. For some reason, I think it is someone documenting his experience of moving into a new apartment. The box on the floor is a clue. And now we see him sitting feeling disoriented in the empty strange new room, after all of his friends (who helped him move) had left. 👁 Image
