As of December 2025, GANHRI is comprised of 119 members: 91 ‘A’ status NHRIs and 28 ‘B’ status NHRIs

In accordance with the UN Paris Principles and the GANHRI Statute, the following classifications for accreditation are used by GANHRI:

A. Fully compliant with the Paris Principles;

B. Partially compliant with the Paris Principles.

The number of GANHRI members has increased consistently since our establishment in 1993.
