Hello, I'm Niels 👋
I'm a machine learning practitioner based in Atlanta, and in my spare time I like to develop open source tools focused on data testing, automated machine learning, and responsible AI.
The main projects I'm maintaining are:
- pandera: A flexible and expressive pandas data validation library.
- metalearn: An meta-learning-based automated machine learning algorithm, built on top of sklearn and pytorch.
- themis-ml: A library that implements fairness-aware machine learning algorithms and metrics.
All these tools are open source, and I dedicate my time to these projects depending on the community's use of them.
