Hello! I'm Eduardo from Spain.
Since 2013 I have developed and maintain PHP's most used email validation library (+100M donwloads). It is also required by major PHP frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, Drupal or Typo3 (full 190 dependants). Is my way to give back to the community.
It all began with the intention to fix an issue in Symfony's 2 list of "easy". You can read the full story in this blogpost.
In December 2020 v3 saw light and is now the mainained major version. I'm now working in porting it to Scala and Typescript.
