Setup

  1. Install dependencies:

    npm install

  2. Copy .env.example to .env and fill in your API key:

    cp .env.example .env

    Required environment variables:

    • MAILCHIMP_API_KEY - Your Mailchimp API key (format: key-dc, e.g. abc123-us21)
