Of course, in the dystopian future, nothing's as simple as a quick drive out of a tight spot, and Nicole finds herself more and more tangled up in their lives as they travel to Battery City on a secret rescue mission.
Teaser: Nicole doesn't like the way the driver is looking at the girl in pink, apprehensive like he doesn't know what she's planning, what she'll do next. Getting into a stranger's car is always a risk - it's not like neon hair is any kind of code, not like there's anything really binding the motorbabies together when there isn't an immediate threat, and maybe these two are worse than an instant death-by-Draculoid.
