(I was going to make this a comment on your entry, but since I linked band pages and such I figured I'd just make it a whole new entry)

Glad to get a new member - I haven't really done much with this community yet (time got slim for me awhile back and I hadn't gotten back to it yet), but feel free to post here and invite any of your friends - I'd love to have them!

If you're looking for states-side HxC/Metal/Etc, I suggest the following bands:

- Haste The Day (they're utterly amazing, and their Solid State debut album comes out March 9th! ...in the states at least - do you Aussies usually get US albums later, or even at all?)
- Dead Poetic
- Underoath

^ Three excellent bands definitely worth hearing; I'll post more later as I think of them.
I'd love to hear more bands you're into as well - and do you know any sites where we can hear the bands you listed?
