Erwin Friedrich Maximilian Piscator (17 Desember 1893–30 Maret 1966) adalah seorang pengarah dan produser teater Jerman. Bersama dengan Bertolt Brecht, ia menjadi pakar terdepan teater epik, sebuah bentuk yang memajukan unsur sosio-politik dari drama, alih-alih manipulasi emosional penonton atau keindahan produksi.^[2]
