CBI sleuths traded blows with Nadiad sub-jail staff Monday morning when they went there to fetch Abhay Chudasama,the IPS officer who is an accused in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case,sources said.

The Gujarat High Court on Thursday allowed Rubabuddin Shaikh,brother of Sohrabuddin Shaikh and complainant in the encounter case,to oppose the bail plea of suspended IPS officer Abhay Chudasama.
IPS officer P Kandaswamy who had arrested former Home Minster of State Amit Shah and IPS officer Abhay Chudasama for their alleged involvement in the Sohrabuddin encounter case left the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recently.
