After the search operation at Pathankot on Sunday, the Punjab Police launched another massive manhunt, covering Mukerian and Tanda in Hoshiarpur district and parts of Gurdaspur district, on Monday after a government school teacher claimed to have seen three “suspicious” people in Army fatigues.

The teacher reportedly told police that he had seen three people travelling in a car carrying weapons like AK-47 rifles near Purika village.

Police sealed the entire area before deploying additional forces in the surrounding villages. So far no suspicious person has been spotted.
