West Bengal Election Results 2026 constituency-wise winners list: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demolished another Opposition citadel on Monday, racking up 207 out of a total 293 seats in West Bengal. The ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) was reduced to 80 seats, down from 215 seats in 2021. The BJP had managed to win 77 seats in the previous election. Several TMC heavyweights and sitting ministers were routed this time, with CM Mamata Banerjee also failing to hold on to her Bhabanipur stronghold where former protege-turned-foe Suvendu Adhikari defeated her by over 15,000 votes.
