KOLHAPUR, Nov 4: Ramchandra Deshinge of Sangli-based Kasturabai Walchand College was elected president of Shivaji University Students’ Council during the keenly fought elections held recently. Mala Pawar of Chhatrapati Shivaji College in Satara was elected general secretary.
