PUNE, Aug 28: Indubai Jagtap 40 of Ganeshnagar area in Navi Khadki was killed on the spot while her husband Bhujaram 45 was injured when their jeep collided head-on with a truck on Pune-Ahmednagar Road on Friday afternoon. Indubai and Bhujaram, who were going to Koregaon Bhima village on the highway, had hitched a lift in the jeep MH 12/ PA 633 from Yerawada.

The jeep driver, whose identity could not be ascertained, fled the spot.
