NEW DELHI, December 31: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has bagged the Petroleum Minister’s Trophy for the third year running in view of its excellent performance in athletcs, volleyball, kabaddi, basketball all winners and hockey, cricket, football, carrom and golf all runners-up. With a tally of 75 points, ONGC emerged as the overall champions for 1997-98 and were followed by IOC 71.
