British Library lectures
The British Library plans to organise lectures by eminent personalities from academic, industrial and technical fields once in a quarter. The first such talk will be held on September 28 at 6 p.m. Thermax Ltd. chairperson Anu Aga will speak on Moving from status to stature’ and Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development director M.S. Pillai will speak on From knowing to performing’.

Durga Puja
Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad will organise Durga Puja celebrations at Congress Bhavan, Shivajinagar, from September 27 to October 1. Daily, the puja will be held at 9 a.m. and aarti at 7 p.m. Cultural programmes will be organised every night.
