Game three on this very same surface. If you have played three games on a surface, you'd think it would look tired and get tired, but this is a hybrid pitch. This is one of seven hybrid pitches that they have here at Edgbaston, and it has held together pretty well. Obviously, with all the traffic during the previous games, there are some bits of rough, and there are little bits that it will grip, and that's why it's a spin-heavy side on both sides. I'm a little bit surprised India didn't play Nandni Sharma with all those variations and cutters. Here, your seamers need to bowl cutters, and your spinners will make it grip.
