Navigate to "My projects" section using your member area, then choose the "Create an application" item, tick the name of the programme you are interested in, and fill in an application form
The selection process is of competitive nature and based on professional experience of a candidate. It implies procedures that are participatory (the online interview) and those in absence of a candidate.
