Jetpack Blocks require the Block Editor (also referred to as the Gutenberg editor). If you’ve installed the Classic Editor plugin, you have a few options:
Some custom themes or plugins may prevent you from using the Block Editor. In that case, please contact the support team for the plugin or theme for further assistance.

Jetpack’s Contact Form feature is enabled by default. If you ever need to, you can enable Jetpack forms by following the steps here.

The Form block is available on all Jetpack-connected sites and is free to use. To add a Form to any post or page, follow these steps:
/form in the editor, or select the Form block from the block inserter.You can also create and manage forms using the Jetpack Form Editor, a standalone interface outside of the block editor. It lets you build, organise, and publish forms directly from your WP Admin at Jetpack → Forms.
Jetpack Forms includes several pre-built form patterns, which are ready-made layouts you can insert and customize. Using a pattern is the fastest way to create a working form without building it from scratch.
The following form patterns are included with Jetpack:
You can access form patterns in two ways:
/form in the editor. A list of available form patterns will appear, then select the one that best fits your needs.Once inserted, every part of the pattern is fully editable: you can add, remove, or rearrange fields, change labels, and adjust settings to match your use case.

Ask Jetpack AI to create your form. (Click on the Sparkles ✨ icon in the block toolbar if you don’t see it).The Form block will now pre-fill with the relevant form fields.

You can preview any form and submit test responses to verify that everything works end-to-end before visitors interact with it. Test responses are tracked separately from real submissions, so they won’t mix into your data.

After adding a Form block, you can specify manage what happens when someone fills out the form:
The default email address used by a Jetpack Form is the site administrator’s email address (set at WP Admin → Settings → General → Administration Email Address).
To change or update the email address for a form, follow these steps:
,).You can also choose not to receive any notifications by toggling off the Send responses to email option.
You can receive push notifications for form responses by selecting the Enable notifications for responses. You are able to specify which Jetpack-connected users will receive notifications.
You can find more information on configuring push notifications in Jetpack, including whether to receive them in the Jetpack app or browser.
You can choose not to save form submissions in the WP Admin. You can do it by accessing the Responses storage settings in the Form’s Block panel and toggle off the setting, which is enabled by default.
The Confirmation Message setting controls what the user sees after they submit the form. The options are:

Jetpack offers an option to change the subject of the email sent to you after each form submission. You can add tokens to the subject field, like {city}, and Jetpack will replace the token with the value of the “City” form field (case insensitive, just make sure that the words match).
After publishing your Jetpack form, you’ll be able to review and manage submissions right inside your WP Admin. Just head to Jetpack → Forms → Responses in the left-hand menu.
You can use Multistep Forms to split a long form into smaller, manageable sections, guiding visitors through each step one at a time instead of displaying all the fields at once.
