Katamary Damacy is a weird Japanese game for the Playstation 2 where you, well, you roll stuff up in a ball. It's unbelievably simple -- and unbelievably fun. It's hard to properly describe Katamari Damacy, and most people won't understand why it's fun until they play it.
BUT FORGET THAT.
You're not here to find out what Katamari Damacy IS. You're here because you LOVE IT. And want to talk about it, and tell everyone you love it, and get tips, and just about anything else involving the katamari. Trying to find a particular item to complete your collection? Need to know how large your katamari needs to be to unlock the eternal stages? Want to brag about the size of your moon? This is the place to do it. This is the Katamari Damacy Fan journal.
Any post involving Katamari Damacy is allowed -- you can talk about the game, ask questions about the game, pimp your webpage/faq/walkthrough about the game, post icons and wallpapers and fanart and fanfiction about the game, and anything else you can think of that's related to Katamari.
The Rules: 1) No off topic posts. Posts that mention KD but are mostly about something else are considered off topic. OT posts will be deleted. 2) Be excellent to each other. Treat each other with respect -- no flaming or trolling or anything of the sort, no putting others down, etc. Just be nice. Rude posts and comments will be deleted. Trolling results in a permanent ban. 3) Don't be a complete moron. Seriously. If you break rule three I'll look the other way when other members, in response, break rule two. 4) Don't post Katamari cake pictures unless you have actually physically seen the cake in real life. Please. 5) Community promo IS allowed, as long as the community is Katamari related, and as long as you're not annoying about it. Otherwise, your post will be deleted. 6) No pornography. If you post porn, you earn yourself an immediate and permanent ban. (And obviously your post will be deleted.) 7) LJ-CUT large images or groups of images. This shouldn't even need to be a rule; it's LiveJournal etiquette. Posts that do not follow this rule will be deleted.
This community is open to all -- just scroll to the top of this page and click where it tells you to. You gain posting access immediately.

Please don't email her asking how to join, and please DO email her about trolls/spam/flaming/etc. She watches this community like a hawk but she does miss these things, sometimes.
