    If an American citizen is a victim of a crime or needs immediate assistance, please request help from the appropriate local emergency services provider:

    • Police: 112
    • Fire: 125
    • Emergency Medical Services/Red Cross: 140
    ACS Hours of Operation
    • Passport and Notarial services: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 – 11:00 (By appointment through Embassy website)
    • Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA): Wednesdays 8:00 – 11:00 (By appointment Only)
