Hello @Riya Yadav,
Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.
Congratulations on completing your AZ-900 exam! If you haven’t received your certificate yet, you can send us screenshots of the following sections, and we’ll help you verify whether you’ve earned the correct certificate:
1. Check your Microsoft Learn profile
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn at https://learn.microsoft.com/.
- Click your profile name in the top-right corner > Profile
- Select “Credentials” > “Certifications”, and capture the section showing which modules you've completed and whether a certificate or badge is available.
- If you see a certificate or badge listed under Achievements, please capture that as well.
2. Course or Exam Completion Details
- If you completed a learning path, take a screenshot of the Course Overview page showing all modules marked as completed.
- If you passed an exam, share the confirmation page or any related achievement.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to guide you more effectively on how to obtain your certificate.
In the meantime, if you’d like faster assistance, you can reach out directly to the support teams:
1. Pearson VUE Support - for Microsoft certification exams delivered through Pearson VUE: Microsoft certification testing with Pearson VUE
2. Microsoft Credentials Support - for issues related to certificates and badges. They can review your account and course history in detail.
- Go to this link: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport > Sign in using the Microsoft account you used for your certification exam.
- Click “Continue” to proceed to the Support portal.
- Fill in all necessary contact information.
- Click “Save” to submit your contact details.
- Go back to the same link by open it in the new tab: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
- This time, the system will auto-fill:
- Product Family: Learning
- Service: Microsoft Credentials
- Complete the support request form including for all the Steps.
- Submit the ticket and wait for Microsoft to respond via your preferred contact method.
Please note that it may take up to 72 business hours for the support team to respond.
While we're happy to help guide you through checking your course progress, please note that we don't have access to individual learning records or certificate details. These are managed by the Microsoft Credentials Support team, who specialize in resolving certificate-related issues such as missing achievements, badge visibility, and account-specific learning history.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply. Have a nice day and stay healthy!

Dear Microsoft Credential Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to formally complain about the delay in receiving my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification and official confirmation email.
I appeared for the AZ-900 examination on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) through Pearson VUE. Immediately after completing the exam, I received my result on the screen with a score of 968, which indicates that I successfully passed the exam.
However, it has now been more than two days, and I have not received any confirmation email from Microsoft, nor is my certification or exam result visible in my Microsoft Learn / Certification dashboard. This delay is causing me a lot of stress and frustration, as I urgently need my certificate for professional purposes.
Below are my exam and personal details for your reference:
[Moderator note: Personal information removed]
I have already shared my exam confirmation email and payment details, but my issue is still unresolved. I kindly request you to please investigate this matter urgently and update my certification status as soon as possible.
I would really appreciate your prompt support in resolving this issue.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Kind regards,

Hi @Tamara-Hu , Actually I have appeared in the DP-600 exam and successfully passed it. But it has been 3 days since the completion of the exam but I haven't received the certificate. So I was thinking of raising a support request. I have followed you answer but in the Select product family , the Learning options is not in the drop down list. I am sharing you the screenshot. Can you please look into this?👁 Screenshot (1)
