Need help in changing primary email address for Certification Profile

Dear Team,

I would like to request migration of my certification profile to a new email ID, as I plan to close my current email and maintain only one email address.

Old Email Address: [@hotmail.com] New Email Address: [@hotmail.com]

Please let me know if any additional details are required to generate the access code for migrating the certification profile. Thank you.

    My both accounts are personal accounts, and it asks for work account while merging learn profile.

    You need to use a work account as a bridge

    First add a work account to the old Learn profile

    Then remove the old personal email account

    Then add the new personal email account and confirm to merge the profiles

    Optionally, you can remove the work account

    If you do not have a work account then it is not possible to transfer/migrate/merge your certifications

    My Azure certifications which are attached to my previous organization email and I have included my personal email as preferred email.

    as I have left my previous organization I don't have access to previous work email now.

    how to regain the access to my certification ? I want to renew it.

    Without access to the email account, you will not be able to regain access to your certifications. Adding a personal account to your Learn profile (not just adding it as the communication email address) was the way to avoid your situation.
