I passed the DP-700 certification yesterday, PeasonVue confirmed that everything is Ok on their side but the certification is still not visible on my transcript. Need help. Thanks.

I don't see the certification but I also don't see the exam. I contacted PearsonVue (chat) and they told me that everything is ok on their side. What's the correct URL to contact support from Microsoft (and topic/subtopic if required)? Thanks. JN

I can confirm that I'm signed in with the correct email address on the Learn Profile (I used this page to start the exam), but I no longer see the exam from yesterday.

I managed to get the PDF report from the Pearson VUE website, so that’s one element confirming that I passed.

Regarding the support page (https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create), I'm quite confused by the Product Family list. I don’t know which one to choose (and after that I’ll also have to select the Product/Service...).

    Here’s the list:

Azure / Browser / Cloud and Online Services / Commercial Store / Developer Tools / Developer, Student and Startup Programs / Dynamics / Enterprise Disability Answer Desk / Escalation Management / Exchange / GetHelp Escalation / Healthcare Cloud / MAICPP Concierge / Management Tools / Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Accessories / Microsoft Commercial Retention / Microsoft Viva / Mixed Reality / Nuance / Office Products / OneDrive / Partner Center / Project / SQL Server / Security / Servers / SharePoint / Skype / Surface / TPD (Proactive Services ONLY) / Teams / Volume Licensing / Windows / Windows 365 / Windows Commercial Client Additional Features / Windows Embedded and IoT / Windows Servers

    Could you please advise?

    Thanks for your help.

    JN.

If you do not see the certification you expect on your transcript after passing the DP-700 exam, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Review the Credential Requirements: Ensure that you have passed the appropriate exams required for the certification. Check the certification or exam details pages for confirmation.
    2. Confirm Your Login Account: Make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you may be checking the wrong one.
    3. Check for Multiple Profiles: If you share a computer or login accounts with others, ensure you are logged into the intended account when checking your certification status.
    4. Timing for Updates: Sometimes, it may take up to 24 hours for results to appear in your Learn profile's Certifications tab.
    5. Contact Support: If the certification still does not appear after checking these factors, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.

Following these steps should help you resolve the issue with your missing certification.
