Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

However, not every exam earns a certification on its own. Which exam did you pass?

I have completed m365 administratator exam, does this exam have any certificate?

Not on its own. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite active associate certifications. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/#certification-prerequisites

    Hi Thejus,

You may need to print as PDF from the browser as there isn’t a download button for it. Once you open the certificate, you will click on 3 dots from the upper right or press CTRL + P then select Save as PDF.

Certificates are no longer downloaded the old way (for example, via Credly or the retired Certification Dashboard). Instead, the certificate must be viewed/printed from the Microsoft Learn profile and then saved as a PDF.

    Use these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn account where the exam result appears.
    2. Go to the profile (avatar in the top-right β†’ Profile).
    3. Open Credentials β†’ Certifications.
    4. Select the relevant certification and choose View Certification Details.
    5. Use the Print option in the certification view, then in the browser’s print dialog choose Save to PDF (or similar) to create a file that can be shared or printed.

If the certification itself is missing (only the exam result is visible), review the certification requirements and missing-certification guidance, and if needed contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
