Can't redeem purchases

I keep getting this message - "Sorry, we can't set up your account right now Please come back later to redeem your product key." Any other ways to redeem my purchased subscriptions?

Oh, you were stacking subscriptions. That will explain it. This context is important.

You can only stack up to 5. See explanation from Microsoft here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/what-happens-if-i-add-another-microsoft-365-for-home-subscription-to-my-account You will have to hang onto the codes and wait to redeem them.

    I used the link in the email. I am wondering if there is a maximum number of subscriptions (extensions) you can add. I might have ad subscriptions further out than I thought. For example, perhaps you can only stack subscriptions for 4 or 5 years in advance.

      Is this the first time redeeming it, or are you adding it to an existing subscription as a renewal?

      Did you buy the subscription in the same country your account is registered in, where you are?
