Specifies the client ID of a user-assigned managed identity. If this value is configured, then ManagedIdentityResourceId should not be configured.

If neither the ManagedIdentityClientId nor the ManagedIdentityResourceId property is set, then a system-assigned managed identity is used. Defaults to the value of environment variable AZURE_CLIENT_ID.
