Azure Face service quotas and limits
Hi Team,
I am writing to request an increase in the call rate limit for our Face API service.
Currently, our subscription (ID: b4253426-ecf5-405e-bca0-9360f519cb82) is on the Enterprise (E0) pricing tier, with a Face API call rate limit of 10 TPS. We request an increase to 150 TPS to support our workload.
We have over 8,000+ users registered for face recognition-based attendance. The majority of attendance marking occurs between 9 AM to 10 AM, leading to high concurrent traffic and rate limit issues.
Increasing the TPS will help ensure a smooth user experience during peak hours.
Looking forward to your support on this.

Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing regarding your quota issue. To resolve this, you will need to raise a support request. Please follow the steps below carefully to avoid getting stuck in an endless loop.
Please let me know that you were able to create ticket or if you had any issues.

7.Fill out screen, Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, then click Next button at bottom8. There will be another several second delay, and then some solutions will be displayed (this is similar to above). DO NOT CLICK any of the solutions, instead click on Return to support request button in upper left corner, similar to below

You can open separate browser tab and navigate to your subscription in portal, the ID is there, click the copy button to the right of it, then paste it into the box on Additional details tab. Click Next to advance to Review + create tab, then click Create.
You should receive an automated email within a few minutes and then be contacted by support within 1 business day.
I hope this information helps. Thank you!
