MAICPP program enrollment

Hey all,

I was attempting to enroll in the MAICPP and met with a greyed-out form that I can't do anything with.

I can't create a support ticket in my partner center as I'm not enrolled in any programs and don't have any workspaces which are required to create the support ticket. I've seen others having the issue elsewhere, but nothing that points to a solution.

Any suggestions or help appreciated.

    I have account but I cannot sign in to finish MAICPP.

    Do I have to imput bank account information in order to have Microsoft partner account? Because I will join program Indirect Reseller.
