Free trial subscription is not activated

I have registered a new account with new credit card. But i am not getting the azure subscription. Though it deducted INR 2 from my bank account. let me know the solution.

    You've registered a new account with a new credit card for Azure. INR 2 was deducted from your bank account (likely for verification), but your Azure subscription hasn’t been activated or is not visible.

    This situation frequently occurs because the small charge is a card verification step, not an immediate subscription activation. Azure subscription activations can take up to 24 hours to approve the payment method and activate the subscription.

    • If you signed up for "Azure Free Account" but already had one before, the system won’t give another free subscription. You’d need to create a Pay-As-You-Go subscription manually.
    • Wait up to 24 hours after the card charge for the subscription to activate, monitoring your email and Azure portal. Also check your account and any emails for requests for further verification or error notices.
    • Check your Microsoft Account billing profile by visiting your billing profile to make sure your country, name, and address match exactly what your bank has for your card.
    • Check Subscription Status in the Azure Portal , navigate to subscriptions and see if your subscription is listed as Disabled, Pending, or missing entirely.

    I was creating with new email id along with new credit card and its been 4,5 days but still my subscription not activated.

    Hello sankha nanda goswami, If your subscription still appears inactive, it's recommended that you contact Microsoft Support specifically the Education Division for further assistance

    • Go to: https://aka.ms/azsuportedu
    • Select Azure for Students
    • Explain that you're a verified GitHub Student Pack member but can't activate Azure
    • Request manual review

    i want to access azure students trial but in india we don't have any student personal id related to university
