Unable to login to Azure Language Studio

I am now blocked from logging into Language Studio using my personal email. I have previously used this exact same email to access the Studio without issue, and it remains the owner of the Language Service resource in the Azure Portal.

    Hello thanh.tran quoc,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

The error message "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." appears because Azure Language Studio no longer allows login with personal Microsoft accounts (e.g., Outlook, Hotmail). You need to log in with a work/school account to access the Language Studio.

Thanks for your advice. However, when I try to log in with my work account, I still can't. I asked the Administrator to add my account as an external user, and I clicked the link in the confirmation email, but it shows nothing—no apps. What should I do now?

      Hi thanh.tran quoc,

thanks for the screenshot. The error is AADSTS50020: your account is coming from identity provider live.com (personal Microsoft account) and doesn’t exist in the target tenant (Technologies Pte Ltd), so it can’t access the app LuisWebPortal. This typically happens when you’re signing in with the wrong account (personal vs work/school) or you haven’t been added to that tenant as a Guest/External user yet.

To fix, ask the tenant admin to invite/add your account as a Guest user in Microsoft Entra ID and then grant app/resource access (for the LuisWebPortal enterprise app + the Azure AI Language resource via Azure RBAC). After the invite, redeem it and try again (preferably in an InPrivate/Incognito session), and make sure you’re in the correct directory/tenant.

My email account has already been added as a Guest in Microsoft Entra ID a long time ago, and I also hold Owner rights for the service. However, I suddenly cannot log in to Language Studio anymore.
