Hi Suraj Pudale,

The Azure Data Explorer (ADX) cluster was accidentally deleted, which removed the cluster and all associated management-plane resources. When recovery was attempted, the cluster could not be redeployed because the subscription had run out of available Public IP addresses, which are required for ADX cluster provisioning even when private endpoints are used. This quota limitation prevented the cluster from being restored initially.

After additional Public IP capacity became available in the subscription, the PG team restored the cluster, allowing normal operations to resume. The extended downtime resulted from the combination of accidental deletion and the lack of available Public IP addresses needed for cluster provisioning.

Hope this helps, Please let us know if you have any questions and concerns.
