CDX Tenant Account not able to create

Hi Team i need help to create CDX Tenant account and when i click on the cdx link its bring me to MDX and I have no idea how to create the account. Please find how the page look below

    You have to choose an Experience from the "My Experience" Tab. I assume you have to choose one, that has the Feature "Static Experience". There you also get a Tenant, which then appears on the Tab "My Dashboard" in the "Tenants" Section like before.
