    Hi @Padmanabhan Srinivasan ,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

The Service Bus is now up and running. https://statusgator.com/services/azure/service-bus.

This was a multi-region outage caused by a recent service update, which led to connectivity failures and request timeouts for Service Bus and dependent services across multiple regions. Operations such as sending, receiving, and resource management were impacted.

Issue was mitigated by rolling back the upgrade across all affected regions, which successfully restored service functionality.

    Hope this helps!

When both the portal view and send/receive stop working, the issue is usually at the namespace level, not the queue. The quickest safe checks are Overview → Refresh and Activity Log → filter “Error” for today, because Azure records all management‑plane failures there.
