Quiero descargar SMSS

¿Cómo descargo SSMS, estuve intentando y no me deja, además no me aparece la opción de: "Descarga de SMSS"?

    To uninstall, use the VIsual Studio Installer and use the More button to find the install button. This applies to SSMS 21 and SSMS 22. For older versions, simply uninstall SSMS from the Program and Features applet in the Control Panel.
