    Hello nava payandeh

When you said 32mg and 64mg, do you mean 32-bit and 64-bit?

Just to clarify, this is 32-bit, not “32 mg.” If 64-bit Office is already installed, you’ll need to remove it first because 32-bit and 64-bit Office versions cannot be mixed on the same PC.

Here are what you can do:

    1. Uninstall the current Office 64-bit installation from Settings > Apps > Installed apps, or use the Office uninstall troubleshooter if normal uninstall does not fully remove it.
    2. Restart the computer.
    3. Go to your Microsoft account dashboard and sign in with the account linked to your Office 2021 license.
    4. Select Office apps > Install, then use the language/bit-version dropdown or options menu to choose the 32-bit version before downloading.
    5. Run the installer and open Word or Excel afterward to activate Office.

If your promotional/product code says it has already been used, that usually means the code has already been redeemed and is now tied to the Microsoft account used at redemption. In that case, you can normally reinstall from the account that redeemed it at https://account.microsoft.com/services instead.

Hope this helps you get the correct 32-bit version installed.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
