Can I get a bit more information like what device are you using and is it running Win10, Win11 or MAC? Did you encounter any error during the installation?
Also, can you tell me what happens when you try to open Word, Excel, or Outlook.
Nothing happens?
An error message appears?
The app starts and immediately closes?
